What is Thruster?
Thruster is a decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Blast ecosystem, designed to offer advanced yield capture and trading opportunities for both developers and general users. Integrating with top protocols, tokens, and liquidity providers within the Blast ecosystem, Thruster provides a seamless and efficient trading experience.
Thruster’s core product is its automated market makers (AMM), supporting various types including classic XY=K models similar to Uniswap v2, concentrated liquidity pools, and stable swap AMMs. These AMMs allow for diverse and flexible liquidity provision and trading opportunities, catering to different user needs and strategies. This design ensures liquidity at any price point, eliminating the need for active liquidity provision and enabling users to earn fees on their deposited assets.
Additionally, Thruster leverages Blast’s unique yield mechanisms, allowing ETH and stablecoins like USDB to earn yield while being deposited in liquidity pools. This yield is used to incentivize further participation and enhance liquidity and trading volume on the platform.
