Level Finance is a decentralized perpetual exchange (perp DEX) that operates on the BNB Chain and Arbitrum, focusing on advanced risk management and a user-friendly trading experience. The platform enables users to engage in both spot and leveraged trading, offering market and limit orders across multiple asset pairs, including BTC, ETH, and BNB.
Level Finance employs a unique tranching system for liquidity providers, allowing them to choose tranches based on their risk tolerance. This system helps mitigate long-tail risks and attracts a diverse range of liquidity providers. The protocol uses Chainlink oracles for accurate price feeds and aims to integrate cross-chain swaps in the future, establishing itself as an omni-chain trading hub.
The platform operates on a dual-token economic model. The LVL token serves as the utility token for staking and earning platform revenue, while the LGO token acts as the governance token, allowing holders to participate in decision-making processes within the Level DAO.
